Consulting and coordination services for the client who wants us to guide them through the entire planning process. This can include full design production, a hand selected team of vendors, unlimited professional advice, and management of every detail of the event.

What You 'll Get

✾Ongoing access to our professional advice and guidance with unlimited consultation via email and scheduled calls from the time of hiring
✾ Consultation and collaboration on event styles, colors, and themes
✾ Development of and prioritization of event budget
      Can assist in keeping track of Vendor’s payments schedules so payments are not missed
✾ Discussing needed vendors for appropriate referrals
      Suggestions based on Client’s needs, style, location, and budget
      Planner is the main Point of Contact with vendors
      Planner will coordinate Vendor set up/drop off/strike times by the time of final timeline
✾ Helping schedule/keep track of meetings based on Client's needs
✾ Assisting with wording and selection of stationery for Save the Dates, Invitations, programs, etc.
✾ Researching hotel accommodation options & assisting with group room blocks
✾ Producing a Client-approved timeline of the event
      Planner will assist in establishing timing for ceremony, pictures, grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, last dance, grand exit, etc.
      After final details meeting, and prior to sending out a final timeline, the Client and Planner will discuss Planner’s arrival time to ensure adequate time for set up, Vendor management, and strike time
✾ Producing a Client-approved timeline of the event
✾ Managing Vendors
      Communicate venue's policies and procedures for unloading, set up, and tear down to all Vendors
      Confirmation on all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
      Communication with musicians/vendors regarding special song selections, cues, special effects for professional and grand entrances/exits
      Communicate and manage banquet staff regarding set ups and compliance of floor plans
      Communicate with florists to ensure all purchased items are provided on event day (manage the arrival for set up/drop off, movement of pieces, and pick up of rentals)
      Ensure food comes out in a timely manner when timeline deviates
✾ Provide resources for filing for city permits (when required – ex. fire permits for candles, marriage license, etc.)
✾ Arrange for a sound check with band/musicians/DJ and review formalities and song selections
✾ Assist with set up of seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, sign-in guest book, and other personal items
✾ Help collect all personal items by the event of the event
      Placed in agreed vehicle, hotel room (if at venue), or handed to a dedicated person
✾ Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors
✾ Assist rehearsal (*check for date/time availability prior to booking the rehearsal)
